Standard shipping takes approximately 3 days to ensure that the food is still fresh when it arrives. Express, Next-Day, and Same-Day delivery options are available for an extra cost. Delivery would vary if you are on a meal plan.

Meal plans allow for scheduled deliveries throughout the week, weekly, or biweekly. There are three types of meal plans- Grocery Delivery Plans, Prepared Meal Plans, and Meal-in-a Box Plans. All three come with a variety of choices and delivery options. Visit "Meal Plans" on the menu, to learn more.

Our Meal-in-a-Box allows you to choose a meal, and we'll send you all the ingredients necessary to make the desired servings for that meal. It also comes with a step-by-step guide on how to make the meal.

Our Prepared Meals allow you to choose a meal, and we'll deliver it to you- ready to eat!

We selectivley pick our souces from local farms to ensure that all fresh foods are organic and GMO-free. To learn more about our sources and mission, visit the "Our Mission" tab, under "About" on the menu.

We use thermal insulators, ice packs, and airtight seal bags, when packaging meals. Along with this, our meals are generally prepared only a short time, before shipping.
